Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Hello.  In my work I have to connect to group calls on the doxy.me  medical video conference platform  which from what i read is based on web rtc. I have problems connecting to the group video calls.I don't connect to the videocall. In the precall diagnostic, the webrtc troubleshuuter the only test I don't pass is reflexive connectivity . I tried connecting also with open vpn to doxy.me  but there was also problems. What can I do?
