profile passport authentication error

HP Recommended
computer I built
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I only have this issue in the support assistant profile passport, not on any other computer or on the hp website. and would like to help to find a solution. Every time I try logging in on one specific computer  I get an error stating that I have a un or pw error or that the service is unavailable. how do I narrow this issue further to fix the issue?
