reinstall windows on a HP elitePad

After a windows 10 update I got a message that there was a problem with windows.

I tried reinstalling windows 10 and going back to factory settings from within these menues, but in the best case it starts reinstalling windows to stop @ 26 % to tell me that the installation failed.

The only thing I can think of right now is to reinstall windows 10 from an USB drive connected to the elitepad, but I do not have a USB adapter to connect the drive to the Elite Pad.

It also seems that this USB adapter isn't available anymore.

Can someone help me to get this Elite pad back to work?

Looks like you have two options...

695552-001   USB adapter cable

739321-001  HP ElitePad USB3 adapter

When I do a search by either part number, they are readily available on Amazon or eBay.

Find a reseller that will ship to Belgium.
