My Slate 21-K100 is stuck at the hp logo. Tried to follow the hp instructions for reset with no success  and needing the the recovery image as last resort.

 

I followed your posted link and getting Service Unavailable - DNS failure

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

Is that because the recovery image for Slate 21 has been moved? Could anyone please help posted the updated link for the image?  Thanks

I'm afraid the product is obsolete and no options regarding the software or support are available anymore,

I personally recommend you contact a local tech for assistance with a custom ROM.
