Product: hp laptop

If my hp laptop has the 24 digit when i run a test of it and it says failure does it need replaced I am not no computer genius I know how to use a computer but to when it comes to the board and components I have no clue.

Smart Hard Disk error is a Hardware issue with the Hard drive and it needs to be replaced

 

Please contact HP Support for Service Options


Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
