store issues

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

       I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with the store. I am having issues with the store loading and downloading apps. When the store opens it takes well over forty five minutes for it to load, once it has loaded up and I have checked to see what apps are in my update panel, I can't pause all the other downloads to only download the store update and the whole store crashes.

 

If someone could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
