HP Elite x2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I just got an HP Elite X2.  One of the glitches I am trying to resolve is how to unlock it in tablet mode.  When the keyboard is attached, I just use "Ctl+Alt+Del" and it's all good. But when the keyboard is not attached and it's in tablet mode, the instruction on screen says to "Press and hold the Power button, then press the Volume Down to unlock."  That does not work.  Can you make some suggestions on how to correct the problem?

This means I always have to attach the keyboard to unlock the computer.  I'd like to get it right.

Thank you,

Kevin
