I have mozilla firefox. I got a note stateing that windows vista will no longer support Amazon prime.I have tried to call hp to no avail.  Do I need add something or update my vista. I purchased it in 2008.

Hi:

 

If Amazon Prime is not going to run on Vista at all, I suggest you purchase a new PC, because upgrading the operating system to W7 will be like throwing good money after bad.
