HP Recommended
Product: HP ElitePad 900 G1 Tablet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Bought a brand new expansion jacket with a battery for my elitepad 900 G1 but everything is connected via the expansion jacket fine with the exception of the battery.  The battery in the expansion jacket is not seen or recognised or connected.

Any recommendation from the forum members?
