Is it possible to installation windows 10 on this PC, 32 or 64 bits?

You can know this by right clic on "my computer" and "properties". 

Maybe is it possible to install Windows 10 but you are any drivers for most recent OS than Windows Vista, so you risk to have few devices not works:

And your computer may be very slow with Windows 10.. So I don't recommend to you buy Windows 10 for your PC, but if you want to know it it can work you can use your 30 days trial period of Windows 10. Warning, maybe you will lose all your datas:

Bonjour, puis-je avoir les spécifications du PC?? Vous pouvez les trouver par un clic droit sur "ordinateur" et "propriétés". 

Il est peut être possible que Windows 10 puisse fonctionner, mais HP ne propose pour ce PC aucun pilote pour un système plus récent que Vista, donc il se peut que certains périphériques ne fonctionnent pas (de grands risques).. 

Je ne vous conseille donc pas d'acheter Windows 10 pour ce PC, mais si vous voulez savoir s'il peut fonctionner vous pouvez le tester gratuitement pendant 30 jours. Attention cependant vous allez perdre toutes les données et programmes du PC si vous l'installez sur votre Vista:
