App incompatible

I uninstalled the printing app a while ago, and today tried to reinstall it on Google player, but it says its not compatible with my device. The www.123.hp thingy said it would search the options instead of the app, but it wasn't loading. So how do I print?

Thingy / Application support for your printer depends on your Device (kind of computer, tablet, or phone) and your Operating System (not included in your inquiry).

For example, the Full Feature Software is available for Windows:
