Hi:
You can make your own W7 32 or 64 bit installation/repair media by downloading the applicable ISO file from the link below, toward the bottom of the page.
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
When you get to the Install Now screen after booting from the installation media, on the lower left side of the screen will be an option to repair your computer.
If you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on your notebook's case, you should be able to use the key to reinstall Windows if the repair method doesn't work.
