Hello. My iPhone 11 Pro Max (OS15.6.1) is suddenly not allowing me to scan a document so I can print remotely. I get a black screen when the camera goes on. I have changed the source to scan from,  un-/re-installed the app, turned phone off/on, reset the phone, turned printer off/on, but to no avail. My husband has a brand new iPhone 14 pro (OS is current) and his is having the same problem. I need to be able to scan and print from my phone for work purposes so this issue is a big problem for me. Anyone else experiencing this other than me and my husband? Thanks!

With the latest update to the HP smart App, the camera scan is working now in my IPhone 14 pro max
