Hi,

Every time I try to connect to a wireless screen (smart TV), I get a blue screen which say system thread extension not handled.

I've tried a number of troubleshoot options like rebooting to advanced options but none have helped. I've no idea where to start and what is causing it.

Thank you for the information.

The wireless card on your computer doesn't support a wireless display. You need to have a wireless card that supports Miracast to connect the computer wirelessly to external displays.

I hope that answers your question.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
