Product: HP f870g dashcam

Hello,

I got several HP f870g dashcams and one by one they say "no card".

I tried several different sd-cards. Most work a short time, can be formatted and later show the message.

Any hint?

 

Cameras are from 2015 or 2016. Might a firmware update help?

Where would I get one?

 

I tried to remove and replace the sd-card several times to clean the contacts, but it didn't help.

SD-cards work well in other dashcams.
