Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ds0xxx, Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, 2100 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s), BIOS Version/Date AMI F.22, 05/01/2021, Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 Windows 10 Pro and it constantly keeps freezing i.e. nothing works mouse, keyboard, screen, nothing. Have done a RESET this computer but still keeps freezing. Have run anti virus, anti malware software but no malware found. Everything has been updated. Seems to be an overheating issue as the vents are more hot then normal.
