My answers for time value of money problems are slightly off - I've tried resetting my calculator but I can't get the correct answer. 

 

Question: I recently financed a new home with a $150k mortgage at 3.25% annual int rate over 15 years. What is the monthly payment?

 

N = 180 (15x12)

I/YR = .2708 (3.25/12)

PV = 150,000

PMT = ?

FV = 0

 

I enter all the info and get:  -1053.9740, but the answer should be -1054.0032

 

I am in 1 p/yr and end mode. Not sure what I'm missing here. Any help would be appreciated!
