Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I recently found this gem and purchased an unlocked version to reconnect to my phone service. Can live with the old mobile Win10 if I have to but was hoping someone found a way to update the 10 mobile to the ARM compatible win 10 currently supported? I want Windows back as Android has never been cooperative and far too buggy since I switched to it. I am looking to also get the lap dock if I can find one priced reasonably too. Have the basic dock station already and the QI charger. Want to keep my windows phone alive long as possible until 4G isn't supported. Not sure if the Snapdragon 820 can do windows 11 ARM but it should run 10 easily. Any help in the right direction to keep a super HP product working would be greatly appreciated.
