Hello there,
I recently purchased a hp envy X360 15m model and it comes with a pen. I love using the pen on my 2 in one laptop but unfortunately when i use MS note and try to write something, i happen to realize that my palm was bothering while writing notes with my pen. So i was wondering if there any way i could avoid that problem? OR, is there any features like palm rejection that it hear lots of pen touch laptops comes with? I tried searching for palm rejection feature on my laptop but couldn't find.
I would really appreciate your help and will be hoping to hear by the earliest.
Thank You.

Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.
I reviewed your post and I understand that when you are using the stylus your palm is touching the touchpad and causing issues.
I’d love to help!
I checked the specifications of your computer and see that your computer doesn’t have palm rejection feature however, many active stylus models can block stray marks from your hand resting on the screen or the sweep of your palm while writing, so that the screen only registers marks made by the pen.
I recommend you download and install HP support assistant from the below link and run all the updates and check.
Let me know how it goes and you have a good day ahead.

Well i happen to find there was an option on control panel under "Pen & windows ink" tab, it says "Ignore touch input when I'm using pen". Enabling it which actually helped me even tho i don't have palm rejection feature on my computer.
Hope other finds it helpful too looking for the solution to the similar problem.
