Hi there,
I have recently purchased a HP Prime calculator, haven't had any issues until several buttons (backspace/DEl, sidways arrrow keys, C, D, E, B, A) have completely stopped working.
I have followed several other forum threads suggestions such as soft reset (rest button on back), factory reset (CFO buttons + Reset button) to try and get the calculator in recovery mode, and updating the firmware using HP connectivity kit. However, none of these options have solved the issue.
Note: I have been unable to get the calculator to enter recovery mode, I believe it may be due to the C button not responding.
If anyone has any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated,
Thank you.
