HP Prime G2 Graphing Calculator
macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hello,

I am using the HP Connectivity Kit to download firmware updates for HP Prime.

The recent update 20211126 is downloaded fine for G1, but the file for G2 HP_Prime_Calculator_G2_Firmware_20211126.zip is corrupt "could not read 1464 bytes from compressed file"

I found no way to let someone at HP know about the problem and let them fix it.

Any idea how to do this?

I am experiencing the same issue. I have the "2.1.14592" version of the HP Connectivity Kit and am running it on a Windows 10 computer. I have updated my Prime using the Kit before without issue but every time I try I get the same message "could not read 1464 bytes from compressed file" If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
