HP Recommended

I have Purchased HP prime Pro application for Android Tablet. And it is working fine for the last 2 months 

Now I have purchased a new tablet & wanted to install the HP Prime Pro Application on a new device & delete or uninstall it from an old tablet.
Do I need to purchase the HP Prime Pro application again? 
Or is there any procedure to change the device without paying again for the same application
