HP Recommended
Product: HP Stream 7 Tablet - 5701na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have BSoD on this device and have been trying to reset the device. windows error code 0xc0000017 is on the screen. It says press the windows key to enter UEFI but is a tablet and with no keyboard i am stuck. i have tried to use a usb hard drive, changing the boot to usb, using a downloaded recovery image from hp support website, dont know if it is the correct one, and again i get so far then choose the image but can not press enter to get the program running. can you tell me which recovery image to use and any instructions would be very helpful.
