I have just been sent a replacement set of HP ireless Earbuds G2 as in the first set, received last week, the right earbud would not connect to the HP laptop & so sound was only received through the left earbud. The new set has exactly the same problem.
If I take the right earbud out of the case first the laptop cannot "see" it & does not identify the earbuds until the left one is out of the case & switched on.
I find this really frustrating & am thinking that the only solution will be to send both sets back & ask for a refund -- as neither set works as it should.
Do you have any ideas?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue, As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
