HP Chromebook x360 - 14-da0011dx
Chrome OS

Ive been having this problem for months now. Google chrome just continuously crashes. Some nights it will do it every 1-2 minutes. Some nights it will do it every 5 minutes. Some nights it wont do it at all.

I have researched this problem and i have power washed the chromebook. I have reset to factory settings. I use incognito pages and that seems to help sometimes, but it still crashes quite frequently in incognito pages.

I took the chromebook to Best Buy, that is where i bought it, and the Geek Squad said they couldn't do anything about it. They said I need to contact HP directly.

I am hoping that I can send the Chromebook into HP directly and they can reset to factory, something greater than what I am doing.
