Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

HP Stream 8- tablet is in a loop doing the problem started when it tried to reset for factory settings. At the time of installation of windows suddenly installation stopped with error (encountered with unknows problem and restart) and repeatedly restarted. no further movement. again and again i repeated but same repeated.  Pl help me to my problem.
