Hi,

I am having a battery issue that whenever I plug my laptop it starts working but at the moment when I unplugged it the laptop shuts down. I noticed that the battery sign was ok it was showing 100% charged and the charging symbol was also coming. But whenever I unplugged it shuts down . I am this problem from a day .

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the battery.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

It looks like the battery might be bad and needs replacement. However, to confirm this I recommend you run a test on the battery following the steps in the below article.
