Product: HP ZBook 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my computer is dead but the charger was making it stay at 0 without it dying, when I unplug the charging unit it just blacks out, (obviously) but when I plug the charging unit back in the power button just lights up, caps lock lights up too, and then there’s this power I assume charging icon that’s orange and blinking and my screen is blacked out, I’m charging it and the screen doesn’t turn back on, I need help with this and I don’t know which one needs replacing, the battery or the charging unit unless my whole laptop just broke. Thank you for reading

Is your Z Book still in warranty?

 

How long ago did your ZBook start having power/battery issues

 

If the charge/power led is blinking twice and repeating, there is a corrupt BIOS issue.

The orange led is blinking constantly

Is it still in warranty?

 

How about answering the other question while you are at it.

 

You asked for help.

 

It is difficult  to help you if you do not provide answers. 

 

Amber led blinking continuously  means "Embedded controller unable to load firmware"
