HP Recommended
Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d4000 (4C802AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an accounts programme on a flash drive that has been copied from my pc but the laptop cannot open the AZH file it contains as there is no program in the Microsoft Store that will open it.

Any advice will be gratefully received.
