I print many documents from my mobile devices either tablet or mobile phone. I can't find any sign for an important option for me which is "print two pages per sheet" which makes me turn to my laptop to print from it directly. Why this option isn't available for Android users?
I have Android 10, Samsung devices.
Hp smart and hp print service are both installed. Do I have anything else missing?

Android users are not being picked on - the ability to do this is pretty much a specialty; mobile apps are usually less robust and provide fewer options than Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
For example Windows > Adobe Reader DC
Prints booklets, multi-sheets, posters, and (of course) regular documents.
For the rest of us - we have to "find a way"...
What else?
Example Word Document >> Edit Layout > Export to PDF
Open your Word document
If not already done, set Layout > Margins > Narrow
Set Layout > Columns = 2
Save the document under a new name (so you don't ruin / change the original)
Use Save-As and export the document as a PDF file.
Try printing the PDF file.
Normally, most formatting issued in Word will "stick around" in the PDF export.
Will this work?
Maybe.
