iOS

When trying to use app on my iPhone i get this message “To enable printing, open the HP smart app, review the Privacy Statement and accept the EULA , and then log in to your HP account”

My issue is how can i review and accept EULA when the app is not opening at all?

@Andrei1156, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Which version of iOS are you using?

 

Check for any updates on the iOS device.

Go to General > Update the software

Try reinstalling the HP Smart app from App store.

 

Alternatively, you may print using AirPrint option. Refer to step 2 in this document to know how.

I am having the same problem.

I just confirmed that my iphone has the latest IOS (14.2), and the Software Update section in Settings states “Your software is up to date.”.  My HP Smart app is version 8.1.  9583FE9B-A111-4904-8CE5-C05641E17DFF.png
