When trying to use app on my iPhone i get this message “To enable printing, open the HP smart app, review the Privacy Statement and accept the EULA , and then log in to your HP account”
My issue is how can i review and accept EULA when the app is not opening at all?

@Andrei1156, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Which version of iOS are you using?
Check for any updates on the iOS device.
Go to General > Update the software
Try reinstalling the HP Smart app from App store.
Alternatively, you may print using AirPrint option. Refer to step 2 in this document to know how.
