Product: HP Slate 7 6102ra VoiceTab

Yesterday suddenly my slate 7 voice tab device got stuck in the recovery screen and now when I try to update the software/ firmware for the same device from hp support portal I am unable to find my required software for this product.

Every time I choose my model no and then try to search for available softwares it shows no results.

 

Request to kindly provide me the software update zip file for flashing my product with serial number [Personal Information Removed]

I'm sorry to inform you that HP has abandoned their entire Android line of devices.   They do not offer the files any more.  😞

Hey Thanks for your response. But isn't there any possible way I can fix this now. It was all working fine and suddenly this happened. Please let me know if even any slightest possibility is there from where I can manage to get the older version image files so that I can flash it.
