I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to log in to HP smart.

 

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

We do not have a solution for the issue as of yet but as a temporary workaround, use Apple AirPrint to print and scan files on your iPhone or iPad.

For more information, go to HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad).
