So I bought a HP Prime graphing calculator to now discover the support for such a complex device is non existent. Thanks HP!
The calculator did not come with an instructions manual and HP support does not provide you with one!!! It redirects you constantly to: https://www.hp.com/us-en/calculators.html and if you hit support on that page It takes you to HP Support and then the cycle repeats. It's never ending. There´s nothing on HP store either.
I had to go Looking in non official calculator forums for some documentation that I don't know if I should trust, and also for the drivers and apps than I would like to download FROM HP BUT I'M UNABLE TO. I find it unbelievable that HP sell a product WITHOUT instructions and don't even bother to provide support for it!!!
Not only that, but I also have to rant here because IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT HP SUPPORT, WHAT THE HELL!!!
I'm hoping this thread reaches some kind of HP representative.
If anyone knows how to get access to HP Prime documentation and software from an official source, or knows how to get a hold on someone from HP Support, please let me know.

The HP Calculator Community Message Board is moving. While we prepare for the move, we are unable to accept new postings. During the move, you can look for help from other users by visiting https://www.hpmuseum.org/ . Or if you need technical support for your calculator visit: HP Calculators. .
