Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

You might need to manually input the tablet MAC address in the configuration page of your wireless router, if MAC address filtering is enabled on the router. Use the following steps to find the MAC address:

  1. On the Home screen, tap the All apps icon, and then tap the Settings icon.

  2. In the System section, tap About tablet.

  3. Tap Status.

  4. Find the address listed under Wi-Fi MAC address.

Thanks for your reply.

It didn't work my friend. In my tab both of Mac address and Bluetooth address are unavailable. So I am not able to connect any wi-fi network.
