Recently purchased HP Laptop 14s-dr2xxx model.
- Opened https://web.whatsapp.com/
- Tried to scan QR code from my mobile device but couldn't do.
Remembered reading one of the reviews that this laptop has this specific issue. Any resolution in place?

I have bought a new 11th generation i5 laptop from hp. I am not able to use whatsapp web on my laptop. It is not able to generate proper QR code. I tried to contact Hp regarding this issue but they were telling that whatsapp has jot updated their services for the new technology. Please help me solve the issue.
so after reading this issue on so many forums and myself facing it I kinda of figured out and now whatsapp web works, the issue was th QR code looked incomplete or not correct on my chrome, here is what you need to do:
1. go to chrome settings
2. go in advance
3. go in system
4. use hardware acceleration when available----- TURN IT OFF (RELAUNH)
5. relaunch the browser
go to whatsapp web and now the QR code should look the way it supposed to hopefully it should work for all of you too!!
