Password not workig

माझे मुल टॅब्लेटसाठी त्यांचा पासवर्ड विसरले आहे, मी पॉवर बटण आणि व्हॉल्यूम + बटण दाबून फॅक्टरी रीसेट करण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहे, मी अनेक वेळा प्रयत्न केला परंतु ते पासवर्ड मेनूवर परत जात आहे (जे आम्हाला मिळालेला पहिला मेनू आहे. आम्ही टॅब्लेट चालू केल्यावर) मी 1 सेकंद, 30 सेकंद इ. धरून ठेवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आणि मी अजूनही इतर मेनूवर जाऊ शकत नाही... कृपया मदत करा
