I have a HP ENVY x360 15-eu0005na Convertible Laptop - AMD Ryzen™ 7 with a tilt rechargeable pen. My pen has worked for the past week and a half however it has now been charging for over 6 hours and does not work. The pamphlet it came with said the pen should take 45 minutes to charge. If I disconnect the pen from the charger even after it has been connected for 45 minutes, it still has a red light and does not work on my computer. Please let me know what I can try, I think it may be an issue with the battery of the pen however it is brand new so I am very surprised it is having issues.

Hi@ginnyf2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issue with the Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen not working.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Check with any alternate charger or charge from any other Laptop and check if it charge the Pen.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try changing the batteries on the Pen.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
