Preparing automatic repair: I have done everything, nothing seems to work. 😞 help

What is the error you get?

Are you not able to login to the computer?

What model HP Computer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Thanks for your help, but I sent the pc to hp. The problem was the short DST.
