Product: HP DeskJet 3634

Hi,

I received letter from HP saying I needed to upgrade my firmware or I lose access to the HP ink, and the services. I have searched all over and I can't find the firmware upgrade. Must be done by Nov.

 

I have a DeskJet 3634.

 

Can someone plz help?

Are you using a Win PC or a MAC?

Click here to download the firmware according to the OS you are using. 

 

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

I'm using a smart phone.

Now when I connect printer on I lose the wireless internet. I have to plug unplug....

 

Glad I figured it out today.

Trying to print out info Social Security needs. Im in trouble... I'm so tired. Weeks of this.  I can't upgrade and now it won't connect to internet anyhow. 

 

Deskjet 3634. Hardly used, pay the $4 month fee for the ink. 

 

Omg.... I don't know what to do.
