I just opened a new tablet ( bought it in 2015!! ) set it up but unable to install YouTube, Zillow apps etc. keep getting an error not supported by this tablet. Is their a software update that needs to be done? How do I do that?

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The tablet you have runs an old version of Android (4.2.2 - "JellyBean").  The apps you are trying to install may require a newer version.

 

There is no OS update available for this tablet.  Sorry!
