Product: HP Stream 7

Hi I tried to reset my old stream 7 tablet to remove all data, and the windows programme will no longer open.  I get a message asking for system password or power on password which I no longer have.  After trying to use various passwords I get a message stating system disabled followed by a number, any ideas how I can get the tablet started up again?  Thanks
