My laptop recently stopped working saying that a file was missing, that file being \windows\system32\winload.efi, I was told I'd need to reset my laptop but that option didn't appear anywhere, I looked up tutorials and they all told me to hold down or rapidly press f11 after turning it on, these didn't work, I'd anyone has any tips please tell me, I don't have the money to buy a new one and I don't want to lose all my files

Hi:

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Use this guide to find that information....do not post the serial number...

What operating system are you running on it?
