Hello MarianoM1989
What is the "Product Number" for your tablet?
When you purchased the tablet, did the box it came in say that it had LTE?
I ask because it's only optional and did not come with all Pro 608 tablets and can be confusing.
If the WWAN card is not showing in the Device Manger, it either did not come with WWAN or there could be a malfunction of the card.
Are you still under warranty?
If so, you would do best to contact HP Support directly.

I can try looking it up if you give me the Product Number.
Do not post the Serial Number for security purposes.
Product number can be found in the HP Support Assistant or on the back of the tablet.

OK thanks.
I see that it possibly does have WWAN.
The parts finder says it would be module ME906E EMEA LTE M.2
Part 790198-005 is no longer supplied. Please order the replacement, 842922-005
Did you install both the Gobi driver and the firmware update and bios?
If you go back to the Device Manger, go to View and enable hidden devices, does the WWAN card show up as greyed out?
You can also open the HP Support Assistant, select your PC and to the Internet and Security tab.
Scroll down to Connections and click on HP Network Check on the right side.
Follow the prompts. Theres a chance it might fix the issue.
You can also go to Windows Troubleshooting to see if that finds anything.
- Type Troubleshooting in the Windows search bar.
- Click Troubleshooting.
- In the window that opens, click View all on the left side.
- Click Hardware and devices.
- Click Next and follow the prompts.
If that does not work, I am at a loss.

Those WAN Miniports are Windows drivers that have to do with Virtual devices.
They dont represent the WWAN card.
So at this point, I still suspect you either dont have a WWAN card or its faulty.
Here is the manual showing the location of the module on page 22 and how to remove it.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04742321
Sorry I dont know what else I can do for you at this point unless someone else has another fix.

Thanks!
I have instaled the driver for --> Gobi 4G Module 790198-005
but in your manual have much more modules
- HP It4211, LTE/EV-D0/HSPA+, QCOM MDM9615 Integrated GPS 793116-005
- Huawei ME906E, LTE/HSPA+, QCOM MDM9215, integrated GPS: HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module 790198-00
- Huawei MU736, HSPA
I can try to instal the others drivers options.
where I can found the specifics of my product?
