Hi:
You need these drivers...
USB:
This package contains the Renesas USB 3.0 driver. This driver is available for supported notebook models with supported operating systems.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54511.exe
Unknown:
This package provides HP 3D DriveGuard for the supported notebook models and operating systems. HP 3D DriveGuard receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and protects the hard drive (HDD) by automatically "parking the heads" to reduce the risk of damage if the notebook is accidentally bumped or dropped.

Yup, once again it's helped me to solve the problem.
I use the cmd way to solved the problem, but i made a mistake. I run it without administrator credential and i already uninstal it first, but i think it's ok, isn't it ?
