I have a proplem with mu laptop, its laptop show me a message that well be Flash dock EC with options yes or no then kyboard not working. what is the solution?

@lolo4,

 

 I recommend to restore the BIOS defaults.You could restore the BIOS with this document selecting the reloading the BIOS default settings. That way it will look at the Hardware installed on the Notebook.

Once done, restart the computer and check.

 

Next thing, I would suggest here is to Run Windows Updates troubleshooter -

 

Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.

 

Now try to perform a Windows update:

 

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates. 

2) Check for updates. 

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

If the issue persists,I would suggest you try to update the Bios, Chipset drivers from our HP support assistant.

To Download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

What is the product number of the notebook? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?

Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP support Assistant.

Have you tried to update the Bios?

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with an accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.

My laptop is Hp spectre x2 Model DFCN-H1 touch screen, tow pieces screen and keyboard  

I changed (promotion) windows, but for one year ago. The problem started for one month ago,

I am tried to update drivers with using HP support assistant,
