There is little "HP" about losing access a particular email provider.
One way there might be a connection is if your HP Computer is in need of updating your HP Software and Drivers.
Since you do not mention your computer model is out of date, we assume this is not the problem.
Generally, the name on the computer has nothing to do with whether you can access your mail.
What matters?
Windows provides the foundation used to interact with the outside world - this includes your account that you use on the computer, the means to identify you to the Operating System, and access to any installed Mail Client software (for example, Windows Mail, Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird).
Not Windows?
OK - The Device you are using provides an Operating System so you can use the device hardware to interact with the world. The Operating System might be iOS, Android, Mac OS (in the case of a Mac PC).
If the Operating System that runs on your computer / device is not healthy, is not working, or cannot make use of the software installed, nothing else works. The device - without its Operating System - is "just hardware" and its usefulness is very limited.
The Security Software on your computer does not normally interfere with access to email. That said, Security Software that has failed, is stuck, is hung, needs to be updated, can cause havoc with the use of the Computer.
Your Internet Provider provides the means for you to use your device hardware to access the world outside of that device. For example, when you open anything on the Internet, including your email.
Depending on your Email Provider, your email address might be opened directly at the Provider's Website that provides your email access or using the aforementioned "Email Client Software" installed on the computer / device.
The Website that provides access to your email account - and possibly the means to open and view your email - is very important. This is perhaps your best option to find a solution - Ask for help at your Email Provider.
What to do?
You need to figure out where the "break" is located that is preventing you from accessing your mail.
We cannot do that for you.
For Example
Is it Windows?
Does Windows need to be Restarted - perhaps after having installed Updates?
Is the problem your Internet Provider?
Are you able to access any Website?
Are you able to access the Website that provides your email address?
Is the problem your email password or security settings? See your email provider for help.
Once you figure out where the problem is located, it will be easier to decide what to do next.
At the least, narrowing down where the problem is located reduces the need to have people throw random solutions at you: "Try This! Try That! Try Everything!"
