Product: Hp Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion  and I have forgotten my password. I have gone through the steps to get to the advanced options but the option for reset pc is not displayed only the UEFI Firmware settings and startup settings are offered to choose from. Which do I do to get into my computer?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
