Hi all. I'm using HP Deskjet 3630. This printer is newly bought and it's only my first scan and it encountered problem. I get black lines when i scan. I've cleaned the glass and i still get the black lines. Anybody can help?

You might want to try and clean the printer head/cartridges. I'm not sure if you got this problem after installing new ink. The print head and cartridges have always been the problem for me when I get lines on my prints... Hope this helps.. art

Hi @chelsea8,
- Disconnect the power cord
- Disconnect the USB cable
- Wait 2 minutes with the printer off and disconected.
- Reconnect the power cord direct to a wall connection.
- Press the Power button (
) to turn on the product.
- Connect again the USB cable.
- Try again the scanning.
