HP Recommended

After scanning several documents the scanner states, "No document loaded" and ends there without saving it to the file.  I've reloaded and installed the software five times and Apple Care after a thorough one hour check said it's a software issue.  I have a MacBook Air running Yosemite and the HP All-in-one full set of drivers installed on it.  Thanks.

did you try system restore, if you did not then try to restore the system to an earlier stage when it is working perfect.
